Using
Neutral Days
There is an average of 75 days per year when the alternating
ph of the egg is really strong for each sex. There are other
days when it is less strong and we call those "neutral days".
The ovulation cycle is sometimes not predictable, it can
move around. Normally with some re-adjustment of the menstrual
cycle it is easy to combine the expected ovulation window
with the conception days for a boy or girl. However if you
are over 37 years old and the cycle alteration is not working
immediately, you can try to conceive also on the neutral
days, avoiding the specific opposite gender days. To do
that, you can ask for a double gender calendar. At the same
time you can additionally adhere to the diet for a couple
of months to give you that extra chance. As we have said
the diet should not be followed more than 3 months as more
months might create a health hazard!
