I am delighted to report that Elisabeth Daisy May joined our family on 31 May - a sister for Rupert, Jamie and William. I was enormously cynical about the method but decided to give it a go, including the dietary changes you recommend.
My much yearned for daughter completes our family - I still keep looking at her and can't quite believe our good fortune.
